When going through past expenses etc it would be nice to see if there is an attached receipt without having to click into the individual item. This would make it easier to locate any missing files.

it is very inconvinient to use the current task list, as to see the details of the task you need to click and open each of them separately.

Can we please have it editable in simple table format - so, details of all tasks to be visible form single page?

When working with multiple tabs open it would be useful to see the tab instead of having Landlord Vision taking up all the tab description

  It already has the LV logo so doesn't need further identification. Knowing which tab is which

would be more useful.

Most other property management software supports custom legal documents with custom fields that can be populated by tenant, tenancy and property data.  This also means custom welcome packs can be automatically generated when a tenant moves in.

Simple integration that will save many people time and money on bookkeeping/accountancy fees.

Still a novice to using Landlord Vision so it is possible I am using it wrong. 

Reconciling bank statements(or any other action e.g adding expenses, recording mortgage) requires too many clicks this means simple tasks take a long time.

I would want a quick way of reconciling banks statements. I would want the page to be intelligent so that if a transaction with a "Bank Reference"  has been reconcilled if another transaction with the same reference appears in the bank statement, I would want a suggestion to log the expense the same as previous transaction.

When going to Account Manager-->Bank accounts and then going to your bank and clicking on 'Reconcile n items' in the 'Pending Reconciliations' column I am shown a page with no filtering on. I have to manually search through hundreds of records until it shows up with the match button. It would be nice and less time consuming if I could jump straight to all the ones that match up so I can click them all. Eventually I will go through all the non matching ones to reduce my list but I don't have time. Every month my list gets longer so it all takes longer to do.
There's not even an option to show newest to oldest. That would help a bit.

Another idea would be to show at the top of the page something like 'You have 40 matchable items available'. Or something like that. So if it shows 0 matchable items then I wouldn't even need to check.

Hi, 

I am looking to change a Tenants Rent going forward.  Today is the Rent Payment Day.  If I go into Change Rent tp set a new Rent, the drop down shows the current Rent Day and the last 3 months, BUT not the next on going forward. 

So I have to wait a day before I can update the system.  If I agree to a Rent change 3 months in advance this would also have the same problem.

Or am I missing something.
