Would be nice to have a possibility to translate invoice text to other language. For example we are small company in Latvia, and we have around 10 tenancies, we would like to manage through your software. However we are unable to send your invoices to our tenants, since they are in English only. Therefore it would be nice if we could create header / footer texts in our language. 

Would make it a lot easier (reduce time) if had this function.  So could email tasks to different contractors for instance.

To be able to transfer deposit to a new tenancy when it is renewed, otherwise you have to add payment when no addition monies have been received or not record a deposit

Ability to inport expenses into Landlord Vision from a CSV template.

Is it possible to add the RLA tenancy agreement as an option for RLA members on the legal documents so the system will autoprint off that agreement rather than the standard AST agreement

Make the tenancy information into a smaller format to reduce scrolling down to actual input functions

LLV to calculate the top-up that should be paid by a tenant - This would be extremely helpful in relation to tenants whose allowance is paid directly to the landlord and when the housing allowance does not cover the full rent amount - especially for those when the housing allowance frequently changes due to a change in the tenant's personal circumstances.  Flexibility also to be allowed in the frequency of the payment by the tenant as in the tenancies as although housing allowances are normally paid four-weekly, tenants tend to prefer to pay their top-ups monthly.

Would be great to have a notepad under the calendar for scribbling notes that are general things going on. So we can see where we left off doing things either in LV or on a property. Also a good place to leave messages for other users to catch up on yesterday's issues. Trying to move everything into one piece of software to streamline the days work.
