Email documents as PDFs rather than as links
I have uploaded tenancy documents. When asked to email them for re-mortgaging, it would not attach them as a PDF. It just attached a link. I need the ability to attach them as PDFs for when I need to send documents to people
Under 18's/Permitted occupiers should be listed on AST
Have a section which integrates with RLA section 4 which details all under 18s and other named/permitted occupants who are not listed tenants
Reports
Would be really great if I could pull a report that tells me which tenants are in credit rather than having to go through all the individual accounts.
Print the tenancies list without the search windows
I keep some backup paper lists in my files. These include the tenancies list and contacts etc.
it would be useful to have a print button on all pages.
I dont need the search windows on a printed list as shown currently when I print from the browser view.
How about the facility to enter a Land Registry document?
Unless I have missed it, where do I save a copy of the Land Registry document?
Consolidated financial reports at top level
Ability to run financial reports at company top level consolidating all of the individual portfolios.
When closing a task ability to input closing details
When closing a task have a pop up screen to be able to input what was done to close the task.

Clicking 'Utility Supplier' Contact should allow you to see their contact details.
Clicking on the name of a 'Utility Supplier' contact should allow you to view the contact details. At the moment only the 'Utility Type' can be clicked.
