Can we customise home screen to individual user preference? I would like to see all tasks from all portfolios

I like to do inspections on a triannual basis rather than quarterly, can you put this in your task drop-down 

Can you please allow converting charging invoices to rental invoices, preferable in bulk and vice-versa?

Two things both regarding the monthly mortgage payments

Would be nice for these to be visible in the mortgage summary report & export - currently this is NOT the case.

Secondly - on the screen where you can see all the loans - within that table it would be nice if the monthly payments were visible too. 

would be fabu;ous could do accounts and categorise every transaction to a property from bank statements

For multi occupancy tenants, there is only a generic set of payment instructions/ one payment reference per tenancy.

Need facility to add a different payment reference per tenant (so that their payments can be reconciled easily with the bank statement)

Please can you incorporate calendar months into the payment schedules as we always get paid rents by how many days there are in the month, this is how most councils pay

Loan Interest payment dates only giving monthly or quarterly.  I have investors that I need to pay back bi-annually.  Couldn't this be an option.  I hate having to assign a property to an investor/loan as it then makes it difficult to track my mortgages as the property is listed against many sources.  

When I enter a one-off expense, which I haven't paid off yet, I would like to see it on the dashboard in the same way I see forthcoming repeating expenses or at least be given the choice to add it there manually. Alternatively, the option to turn the payment into a property task with the availability of reminders would be nice.

The only current alternative that I can see in order to have all forthcoming payments visible in one place is to make Calendar the landing page. But I prefer the Dashboard, as it features additional information about the portfolio.
