Ability to setup mortgage with a fixed rate period
Ability to setup mortgage with a fixed rate period and SVR rate after fixed rate period has ended
Get property type from Zoopla, OnTheMarket etc.
The property type shouold be guessed by looking up Zoopla and OnTheMarket. Both include this data in their property prices lookup feature
Worksflow to simplify the setting up a property
I've setup a few properties now and the workflow I'm using Setup Bank Accounts > Setup Finance (Loans/ Mortgages) > Setup Agent > Tenancies
Not obvious something which I've had to work out the hard-way.
awaiting invoice task category
As well as 'open', 'closed' and 'overdue', it would be very useful to have a category for tasks which have been completed but which are awaiting an invoice. Could be called 'completed'?
rents due in next 7 days - but what date?
Great to have rents due in next 7 days in portfolio view but there is loads of space where it could show the actual due date too
where do I set the Expiting certificate? It should be on Expiring certificate page
Hi I'm trying to find out how to set an expiring certificates etc... but the only thing I can find is the Expiring certificate page with no way to set a new certificate end date. How do I do it? Thanks Luiz

Thank you for contacting support
Safety Certificates should be entered into Property Manager > Properties > Safety Certificates and Insurances tab. Click Add Certificate to enter the data including the expiry date and an early warning so the system will notify you in advance

Can we customise home screen to individual user preference? I would like to see all tasks from all portfolios
