When tenant creates a ticket the title should automatically include the property address. Alternatively, property address should be automatically added to a searchable tag. When we start tickets as landlords we try to remember to include the property address, but the tenant never does - understandably since for them there is only one property.

This facility would greatly improve management for all landlords who have more than one property.

Look at tenants rent increases, reminder / prompt to increase tenants rent, report of what rent increases have occurred annually for tenants  OR detailed report for tenants over many years (as some tenants may not get an annual rent increase).

Hi - Subscribing to the calendar URL in iCal / Outlook / Google is very helpful. However day to day diary on my laptop is already superbusy and the moment I subscribed to a URL of 100 properties all i could see was lierally 100's of RENTAL INVOICE INV entires...  1 - Can URL calendar feeds per portfolio be further filtered (as it can on screen) to provide feed of the current filter settings So I filter my calendar view in Landlord Vision and click a button which copies the URL for what Im looking at - That would be extremely cool.  I would find it super helpful to subscribe to numerous feeds and choose which I view within my own calendar app (ical in this case - oh you should mention on your U.I. that iCal works not just google and outlook.  2 - The Heading of calendar entries in all popular calendar software is not use friendly as the windows are by their nature in WEEK and MONTH view small!' Tenancy ends at property ...'  can this please be shortened to tell you whats is going on in a glance without having to double click?  PROPERTY NAME and Alert type?    Having 100's of 'rental invoice INV...' windows annoying! thank you

Currently I am storing these photos locally but would be useful to have a photo upload feature to the LV platform which could also be shared with tenants so there is a single meter read reference for both parties.

Should be in the settings the same as you can configure the email body template itself.

When posting the expenses, is it possible to generate a unique number to each expenses so that we can file the invoice in a sequence and it will be beneficial to search for the invoices in future by looking at this number.
