I would like the option of sending a remittance advice note (via e-mail) when a payment is made to a supplier, and the ability to send me a copy for my own records.

Add more options to the status button on the tasks, at moment there is only open and closed. Please add pending, work started, work complete, cancelled etc.  

In the same way that you can directly email an expense invoice to Landlord vision the Agent statements should also be able to be forwarded directly and then an Agent Statement produced from this. This will save time not having to manually enter the statement. You should also be able to identify from the import which are income (rent) payments and which are expense payments (such as property repair charges etc)

I am often buttonholed by tenants who want to pay when I am "On the move".

when I go to record the payment, I need to page down many times to get to the payment I need to allocate.

This is particularly time wasting on the app.

If there was a button to press to re-order the items from newest to oldest, it would make it much easier.

The same goes for the Payments and invoices sections.

I would like to just send viewing task types to one person in their Email notifications, then Maintenance to another.

When I run a P&L report I get in the 'Mortgages & Loan Interest' figure only the Interest amount of the mortgage.  I would like to be able to view the entire amount of the monthly mortgage payments including the capital part.

Most of our mortgages are Repayment so a gross listing will be very helpful for our internal analysis.
