tenant late payment charges
I would like landlord vision to have the following options when dealing with tenants who are in rent arrears:
- charge a set daily fee for everyday the rent is overdue after a set number of days of the rent payment fee (ie. on day 15 if the rent has not been received charge the tenant £25 per day until rent arrears has been paid)
- Charge a percentage of the rent arrears each day that the payment is overdue after day 15 of the rent payment being due. ie if the Bank of England base rate is 0.01% and within the rental agreement it states 4% additional to bank of England late payment charge is due each day the rent is over due. (example rent is £640 per calendar month, the payment is due on the 8th of each month. on the 15th day (23rd of the month) the rent payment has not been received the tenant is charged £25.664 late payment fee, on day 16 is charged £26.6931264 and so on until the outstanding balance has been paid.
separate debters into the type of tenancies such as AST and company let when printing debt list
Please can you make it so that when printing the arrears i can print off just the commercial rents, just the AST and also the company lets. thanks
Plot properties on Map
I think this would be a nice little feature and probably easily to implement via google maps API. It's nice to see a visual of where the properties are on a map, and would make it easier when arranging inspection especially when there are a number of properties.
Report accounting journal
Please can you add to the accounting reports "accounting journal" same way you could get a report on "property journal", "tenancy journal" or "Tenant journal".
Ability to add small videos to journal entries
It would be useful to be able to add a small video (.mp4) as an attachment to the property journal entries.
I have been getting small videos via WhatsApp regarding problems/check out, etc and it would be good to keep a track of these in the journal.
Property expenditure
We just have received the income and expense spreadsheet. It will be nice this spreadsheet to look the same in the Landlord vision in the drop down menu of expenditures as it is in the last email is much more organised and understanding and easy to use. We need only the colon A of the spreadsheet look
Remittance Advice note
I would like the option of sending a remittance advice note (via e-mail) when a payment is made to a supplier, and the ability to send me a copy for my own records.
Add more options to the status button like pending / work started / cancelled / done
Add more options to the status button on the tasks, at moment there is only open and closed. Please add pending, work started, work complete, cancelled etc.
Agent should be able to email the Statement directly to Landlord Vision
In the same way that you can directly email an expense invoice to Landlord vision the Agent statements should also be able to be forwarded directly and then an Agent Statement produced from this. This will save time not having to manually enter the statement. You should also be able to identify from the import which are income (rent) payments and which are expense payments (such as property repair charges etc)
