SA109 For non-resident landlord (individual) for MTD.
Please can we have this for individual, non resident landlords.
the current software only provides SA105 for businesses at flat 19% tax rate.

Lots of boroughs require licensing against rental properties can you have a compliance section to track this in the property?
Landlord Vision for MTD tax requirements - can I start again with a clean sheet ?
I like this software, can I start again on a clean sheet ? as I prefer that HMRC does not check out my previous 5 years as I only use this app for expenses only and dont list the rent collected.
Also I have entered IKEA as suppler about 5 times now .. yet this does not merge into one... so I copy and correct in excell for my final report.
Please let me know ASAP .. as I am considering to swap to another software for a fresh start now Im more experienced.
Emailing Invoices for expenses as attachments from a mobile
Hi
This is a very basic feature expected from a mobile app which I was hoping to be on the software but your description on Pricing page that it is available for Plus Users is a bit misleading since it is only available from a laptop/desktop.
I regret my purchase decision but shall use it for a month & then decide....

twice monthly rent payment
Can you add the option of twice monthly rent payment. You have weekly, fortnightly and monthly - but not twice a month. I just have a tenant who wants to pay twice a month.

Would love a simple undo changes button which could take you back over the last few steps when an error has been made
Exception Reports that show what is wrong
I am shocked that you do not provide proper Exception reports!
Landlords need to know what is WRONG not what is right
1. Listing multiples of properties possibly hundreds that have gas certificates so that you can manually try and work out which property(s) do not is really very unhelpful and arduous.
2. Your report doesn't even add up the returned results which is also very weak
Please consider this to be an urgent request for an improvement to the system. Landlords do not get fines for properties that have Gas certificates or that have Electrical certificates. That is why exception reports are so essential.
These are important for every search you offer - what property isn't insured or hasn't had an inspection the last 3 months etc
Reports - Time Period drop down should display date/date range value on the web page somewhere
This goes for all reports with a Time Period drop down.
When selecting any time period from the drop down it should be displayed on the web page somewhere.
EG: If you choose say Reports-->Rental Income Payments you can choose a Time Period. Select say 'Previous Tax Year'. I would expect to see somewhere on the page that 'From 06/04/2020 To 05/04/2021' is displayed.
At present you can only double check what you have selected is correct by exporting to excel or PDF. Its easy to accidentally select the wrong time period.
The benefit for this tiny fix is a bit faster/more efficient reporting and a better user experience.
