with option to provide letter headed template to print out

I would like to be able to see the total of all mortgages payments' totals - not only interest - for any given period.  Currently, when I view all the payments in the 'Payments' option in the  'Finance Manager' section I don't get a total at the bottom, nor is there an option to export the report to Excel so that I can total it there.

It would be nice if the profit and loss report can be split for each portfolio owner.

It would be useful if attachments could be saved with "sent email" ie Statement of Account email saved and the actual statement

It is confusing to know how to carry over a deposit to a new tenancy. If the deposit is "retained" for the purpose of carrying over to a new tenancy, then there is an implication that there is a deduction made from the tenancy deposit and it contradicts what must be entered on the government protection scheme that the deposit is "returned." At the same time, if the deposit is "returned" on LV there is an implication that it is deducted from the portfolio. Please could you simplify or create a "smart" solution for managing or at least making deposit management clearer, especially where it is carried over to a new tenancy.

I find it frustrating not to be able to see for example, the rental income reports and the P&L report at the same time. Opening one neccessitates closing the other. The only way round this I've found is to have to download the reports.
