Ability to create 'Bank Rules'

Liebel Schlesinger 2 years ago 0

Ability to create a rule where statement transactions that meet certain criteria, such as a specific payee, are automatically recognised as specific types of expense or income.

This would mean that, for example, every time there is a transaction for banking fees, the system would automatically suggest to create an expense for reconciliation.

IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL IF THE LINE WAS HIGHLIGHTED TO SEE WHICH FIGURE RELATES TO WHICH ITEM.

Audit Report featuring Date Record Entered

Dylan Morgans 2 years ago 0

Could you make available an audit-type report that shows the date of entry of a record as well as the transactional dates as entered by the user?  When using the Nominal Ledger to help reconcile Landlord Vision against my bank statements each month, if the opening balance has changed on my Nominal Ledger (which I export to spreadsheet) and is incorrect, I know I am likely to have added an income or expense record incorrectly specifying the wrong date - a date preceding my previous reconciliation.  If I had a means of quickly identifying the records I have entered since my last reconciliation, it would be easy for me to spot the erroneous record.  Thanks for considering.
