Accepting credit/Debit cards from tenants
Can we have a method of payment by credit/debit card (like sage pay) whereby tenants can pay by clicking a link on an invoice or reminder letter. Or we can take a payment over the phone by card
To be able to assign an expense to more than one property and not the whole portfolio
When adding an expense, it would be nice if it was possible to assign it to multiple properties, as opposed to one or the whole portfolio. For example, if you buy a singular item that is only required for 3/17 properties.
payment from bank account to credit card
I may have overlooked something, but....my credit card is paid via direct debit from my bank account. The amount comes up on my bank feed to reconcile but what do I reconcile it with? I've read how to put in a money transfer...but that doesn't seem right for this.....do I create an expense from my credit card to my bank account...surely that would have the money coming out twice........

As you say, the correct method to pay off the credit card from the bank account is to record a transfer on the Account Manager > Bank Accounts page. This will write a transaction to both accounts that you can reconcile with and will clear the balance on the card. As the expenses are already recorded and paid by the credit card, then recording a second expense to pay off the card is unnecessary

Active Subscription invoicing
Have the Subscription only charge for Active tenancies. Why do you have to state how many you want to be invoiced for. The system can quite easily see how many you active tenancies you have.
You could have the system pop up a message saying the cost will increase as and when a new active tenancy is added.
Scanned Receipts > Credit Note Creation
I use the scan receipt feature constantly it's a great however I am unable to use this for a credit note. Would be good to allow this as currently I need to create a credit not manually then attach the "receipt".
Option to Sort on meter readings
Allow you to sort by Utility Meter Readings.
Currently you can only sort by date. But what if you want to view Gas Readings for a property, no easy view.
Allow rent to be paid from different tenants rather than just primary tenant
When there are multiple tenants in the same property, allow payment to come from any of the tenants and be registered against the rental invoice, rather than only the primary tenant.
