Active Subscription invoicing
Have the Subscription only charge for Active tenancies. Why do you have to state how many you want to be invoiced for. The system can quite easily see how many you active tenancies you have.
You could have the system pop up a message saying the cost will increase as and when a new active tenancy is added.
Scanned Receipts > Credit Note Creation
I use the scan receipt feature constantly it's a great however I am unable to use this for a credit note. Would be good to allow this as currently I need to create a credit not manually then attach the "receipt".
Option to Sort on meter readings
Allow you to sort by Utility Meter Readings.
Currently you can only sort by date. But what if you want to view Gas Readings for a property, no easy view.
Allow rent to be paid from different tenants rather than just primary tenant
When there are multiple tenants in the same property, allow payment to come from any of the tenants and be registered against the rental invoice, rather than only the primary tenant.
List of expiry dates for certificates for all properties
The ablity to produce a list of certificate expiry dates for all properties, instead of having to scroll through the calendar.
