Select option
When selecting a feature/option from the tabs on the left-hand side, it would be helpful if the feature/option will be either depressed or highlighted when the mouse pointer is over it to show that you are selecting this feature/option.
Show total rents
When entering rents from an estate agent's statement, especially when there are several tenants on the statement, it would be helpful to have the total rents appear at the bottom to make sure it tallies with the statement's total, before going on to record the agent's fees.

Assign Documents to Future Tenancies / Tenants
You cannot assign documents uploaded (or E-Signatures) to future tenancies or tenants that belong to the future tenancies.
It would good if this was allowed as you might be preparing for the start of a tenancy but cannot add documents to it
Payment schedule - Tenant Tab. Add statement name.
When looking at the payment schedule I'd like to see the name of the statement attched to the invoice rather than having to click on the View/Edit invoice to see it.
Now I did notice that someone else said they would like to see less info on this page so maybe you can make the page flexible by providing a large range of avialable fields but being able to didplay/hide the ones you want.
That way everyone is happy :)
Email confirmation to Tenant against each payment done.
tenant paid through cash and we created a payment receipt. At the moment we take a screenshot of this receipt and email this screenshot to tenant.
LLV should automatically email payment receipt to tenant once created.
i suggest there should be a checkbox . email receipt while creating payment which result in sending email
mobile app security
The mobile app although very limited in ability shows tenant details. There is a duty of care for other peoples data so I think the app should be more secure (eg biometrics /pin code etc).
The GDPR applies to mobile apps that collect and process personal data of EU citizens. It doesn't matter if your app is operated from outside of the EU. The GDPR will still apply. The purpose of the GDPR is to provide improved privacy protection and control for EU citizens.
