Fix colours for Actual Rents vs. Target Rents

Currently shows RED for on Target ????
Can we have GREEN for on target, and RED for lower, as this makes much more sense.

Log Viewings for each property
It would be nice to be able to log viewings at each property and link it to the calander
right to rent
It would be helpful if in contacts under tenants there was a nationality dropdown for freeform to enter and if not British a right to rent check box and expiry date of the right to rent with a reminder before expiry. That way as the right to rent approaches expiry the landlord is reminded to check like safety certifcates.
Add 'End Date' to Repeating Expense Tab
It would be useful to see the End Date of the Repeating Expense. Otherwise, we have to drill into each one to find out what the end date is.
