Target rents add up

On the target rent screen would it be a good idea for there to be two columns that add up the target rent and actual rent? I am not sure there is anywhere else that lists out/ adds up what rents you expect in total.

suggest why bank account and LV balance are mismatched

I have tried and failed for 2 years and since joining landlord vision for my balance in landlord vision to reflect my actual bank account .. would appreciate knowing why or knowing how to avoid ... there are no repeating payments that are unpaid.

Capex versus Opex

The ability to allocate/identify your expense accounts by Capital or Operational expenditure so that it's more easily identifiable in reports and in the chart of accounts.

stay logged in for longer on desktop computer

It logs me out all the time. Would be great to stay logged in for longer even if i close the browser.

Create arrears account and transfer outstanding balance in lump sum without preset payment invoices

With arrears account auto-noting the rental periods/arrears transfered and the tenants rent sheet marked appropriately to show arrears have transferred over and removing debt from rent schedule.

Would like ability to change rent due on a one to one or irregular basis for any given week/month without system changing all rent going forward

This would facilitate ease of entry for example when LHA sent a backdated change of rent allowance for the odd week or two.  I know we can edit the tenancy agreement directly but if there are a lot of backdated changes (and my local council seem particularly fond of doing this) it can become complicated would be a lot safer just to be able to this via a straight forward rent change option.

Agent Fees page

In the page under Tenant Manager - Agent Fees - Agent Fees Tab, would it be possible to have a total amount at the bottom, based on the filter used for the Amount Paid and the Amount Due , this will enable a quick view of expenses on any property or period .

Show total amount of interest payments for a range of dates. That would help me to check how much mortgage interest payments I made in a financial year. At the moment I have to add up all the individual payments.

Rent Book

We run a HMO and collect rent weekly.  I have recently been advised that where rent is collected weekly we are legally obliged to provide the tenant with a Rent Book.  The Rent Book must contain certain elements as defined here:https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1985/70/crossheading/provision-of-rent-books.

Our tenants use the Tenant Module to keep them informed but I note that that Landlord/Tenant address is not shown on any of the pages.  Would it be possible to add the legal minimums to make it serve as an online Rent Book"?
