Bank account reconciliations
How about including all nominal ledger accounts for journals under the "Ignore" option for matching bank payments and receipts? The only options currently are liability accounts which are enabled to allow payments to and from. I regularly move money between portfolios and withdraw money personally hence cannot use the reconciliation function for these entries. Sure, I can use journals but matching using reconciliations would be way quicker.

Add 'Property', 'Contact', and/or 'Tenancy' columns to the Documents page
The columns shown in the Documents page seem arbitrary. For example, the 'Folder' column is shown, but not 'Property', 'Contact', or 'Tenancy'.
It would be useful to show these columns, as well, or make the columns configurable.
The use case is that it makes little sense to use folders for different properties when documents can be assigned to properties and then use the filters. But, this means that it would be more useful to be able to see the property in a column when viewing documents in a single folder that apply to multiple properties. Similar use cases for the other columns mentioned.

Ability to have multiple payments on a deposit refund (e.g. on a HMO when deposit refunded to more than one person).
When a whole house deposit has been refunded individually there is no option to either 'split' the deposit when reconciling, or to select multiple payments to reconcile. This was suggested on this chat 6 years ago, and I brought it up last year but nothing has been done.

Ability to upload several documents to a safety certificate
Currently you can only add one document to your safety certificate however some of our certificates come with job cards that we would like to be able to upload with the certificate

Minor Adjustments to expenses/payments
The ability to change payments from the reconciliation screen,
for example, usual payment of mortgage/loan is £96.15, but due to bank calculation this months payment might be £96 17
To be able to change the payment amount without having to go right back to the mortgage/expense screen would make reconciliation significantly quicker.
My previous accounting software, Xero, handles this very easily

Add dates booked for renewal of Safety Certificates
Add in a date to show you've booked a contractor to renew the safety certificate
