Insurance premiums paid to be showed next to insurance on property page
Ability to add price of insurance so you can quickly see what the insurance premiums have been for previous years and work out if the price offered is above, below, close to what has been paid before.
Credit Allocation Reference Details
Hi,
On the Credit Allocation screen, where you can allocate a credit to an invoice, could we have a column that includes the payment reference details? Currently, I have several properties using the same utility supplier, eg British Gas, and I need to be able to differentiate which payment in advance is suppose to be allocated to which property and to which bill. Having a column with the payment reference or payment detail would be very useful.

Tasks to be visible within the Tenant module
This would be great from the tenant side to see that I the Landlord have made a task with the details of any issues that need sorting out.
Add and email client
Add an e-mail client so that tenants and suppliers can be e-mailed from within LandlordVision, and the record of such contact is recorded under their records.
It would turn what is a good system in to a very good system incorporating CRM.
I currently have to use a separate CRM system to do this, and it would be nice to have everything in one place.
'+Add Contact' option when adding a payment
In 'Add Payment' in the 'Property' section, I would like to have the option '+Add Contact', to add a contact, like there is when I 'Add Expense' in 'Expenses'.
Rent Payments.
If I change an end date and add another payment amount, the historical payments look as though they are unpaid and I have to go back through the bank statement unreconcilling the past payments.
Property allocation in Payment
Hi,
When entering an Expense, one gets a pull-down menu where you can choose which property the expense relates to.
The same option should be available when using the 'Payment' option instead of 'Expense', to enter a payment without an invoice. At present one cannot allocate a payment to a specific property.
