Notes Tab
A notes Tab would be helpful on the Tenancies Screen to add any other information regarding the property that is not covered anywhere else
Self Assessment commercial software - Overseas Landlords
OCan you get listed here, as landlords living outside the UK now need to buy software - from the approved list below - to do out tax returns ...but hang on .. this is what I use LLV for ...
And in a few year, perhaps everyone could be required to do this....

Being able to save email files
At the current time you cannot save email files - only word, PDF etc. This means that we are having to cut and paste very lengthy email trails into the Journal/Notes sections which is not idea.
Is this something that can be changed?

Custom field for reports
For example, I'd like to know the nationalities of my tenants to know what is the percentage and where we can advertise more. In another platform for property management, there was a custom field where I could insert any information I might want to take notes, for example nationality or profession ..
property ownership
There doesn't appear to be any facility for changing property ownership details which occur during ownership of a property which will clearly affect accuracy of tax returns eg where a wife transfers a half share to her husband
Allow upload of MP4 Files, to use as inventory list
It would be much easier to use a video as an inventory list.
It could be limited to perhaps one video upload per tenancy to save space on the server, perhaps with a maximum of 5 minute video?

file directory upgrades
I personally find the way we upload and view the files attached to properties a bit clunky.
I'm familiar with a standard file directory that we experience on Windows Explorer/IOS Finder.
On the Document Manager > Folders area. When you expand the folders you can't see the documents within the folders you have the press the numerical file count. Can they not just show when you expand the folder?
Within each folder Property Folder on the "Property Documents" tab could the list view be changed to like the "Document Manager > Folders" folder view? Perhaps it displays only files and folders which are tagged to the property? I just find it messy when having to filter out a list when using files and folders is what I'm used to.

Also when attaching a file on an expense (for example) the upload and selecting a folder iS clunky. Could this screen just show the full existing directory as shown on the Document Manager > Folders area
