Adding/linking Aikidesk tickets to property and tenant on LV
We are starting to use the Aiki Desk more and more. It would be great if the support tickets created could show up in LV on the tenant and property in the journal and tasks?
A dashboard function or report for conducting a portfolio stress test (rental cover ratio).
A simple illustration of how a portfolio fulfils a portfolio stress test (rental cover ratio). Potentially integrated within the Mortgage Broker Summary report. Just something to allow for quick reference within the software. Also, a simple illustration demonstrating the portfolios LTV as a percentage.
Sort Tenant by 'Balance Due'
In the 'Contacts>Tenants' page add a column showing the tenants balance.(There is already a a column showing the account balance in suppliers but not in tenants which seems odd)
We can than sort the tenants by who has a debit balance as opposed to the dashboard that just shows invoices due without taking into account any payments on account that have been made by the tenant.
Also when selecting a tenant from this list add a 'shortcut/button' which runs a statement on account report for that tenant without having to go to the reports section to re-key this information.
This 'report shortcut' could also be added to the 'Contacts>Tenants' page so we can run a statement of account for any supplier and see their expenses and payments
Property Gallery
I've mastered the uploading of images to the property gallery however I seem to be unable to set a main picture of property
Allow to ignore expiry date for Private Residential Tenancy Agreements in Scotland
The current legislation in Scotland allows tenants to stay indefinitely. The expiry date is not required and its confusing for users including tenants using the tenants module.
Add rent to rent agreements and also proper legal lease options
A much broader range of agreements inc rent to rent and legal lease options
Provide all historic invoices from landlord vision onto the account
As above - so i can easily access it each year for tax returns.

Not sure why this is showing on the Tenant Module, but seems very odd to include it!
Add $PAYEE_FIRST_NAME$ as a field for invoice email template
The automatic email to tenants of new rental invoices currently only has the tenants full name (first name + surname) as an option in the email template.
Always looks very odd i.e. Hello Robert Jones, please find...
Can you add a first name option a bit like you have with $TENANT_FIRST_NAME$ in the mail merge templates?
