I've mastered the uploading of images to the property gallery however I seem to be unable to set a main picture of property  

The current legislation in Scotland allows tenants to stay indefinitely. The expiry date is not required and its confusing for users including tenants using the tenants module. 

A much broader range of agreements inc rent to rent and legal lease options

As above - so i can easily access it each year for tax returns.

Not sure why this is showing on the Tenant Module, but seems very odd to include it!

The automatic email to tenants of new rental invoices currently only has the tenants full name (first name + surname) as an option in the email template.

Always looks very odd i.e. Hello Robert Jones, please find...

Can you add a first name option a bit like you have with $TENANT_FIRST_NAME$ in the mail merge templates?

I would really like a property comparison section. It can show an overview of current properties in portfolio but allow the user to enter details for prospective purchases too.

Currently I use Excel for this

I understand that this has been asked before, but my bulk payments can be for multiple properties and multiple suppliers for renovation etc.
The ability to pay all in one go would be appreciated.?
