I would really like a property comparison section. It can show an overview of current properties in portfolio but allow the user to enter details for prospective purchases too.

Currently I use Excel for this

I understand that this has been asked before, but my bulk payments can be for multiple properties and multiple suppliers for renovation etc.
The ability to pay all in one go would be appreciated.?

Hi - the system only allows landlords to create invoices to TENANTS. There are many instances, where the landlord may need to invoice someone else / company  for supply of goods or services linked to the portfolio (rather than the individual property). There is a facility to log non-rental income however, it would be really helpful if we can then create an invoice accordingly and match up.

Really cant see this being a major development with the software.

It would be very helpful to have additional columns for emails, telephone numbers and deposit paid.

If you are on a free trial then I couldn't find anywhere that it showed when the free trial was due to end. It would be nice to have this on the Subscription page.

Currently you only know it's ending when you get a message banner appearing at the top of your browser page 1 month before the trial is due to expire.

When assigning a statement to an agent fee for a property would be good if it could auto select:

The Agent as the contact

The Property

And the applicable tenancy agreement

This would speed up document adding by having these all autofilled using the related information

Maybe a seoparate one for Deposit Protection Organization too

Allow adding attatchments to email templates along with the template email

When tenant creates a ticket the title should automatically include the property address. Alternatively, property address should be automatically added to a searchable tag. When we start tickets as landlords we try to remember to include the property address, but the tenant never does - understandably since for them there is only one property.

This facility would greatly improve management for all landlords who have more than one property.

Look at tenants rent increases, reminder / prompt to increase tenants rent, report of what rent increases have occurred annually for tenants  OR detailed report for tenants over many years (as some tenants may not get an annual rent increase).

This an important feature.
