rent
Rents are normally paid in advance. So therefore rent due on say 1 June should be for the period 1 June till 30 June. For LHA tenants the rent is normally paid 4 weeks in arrears. So therefore the rent due date can apply at that time. So could the rent invoices be corrected
Hello Peter
Thank you for your suggestion
This feature already exists, please see the following Knowledge Base article for details on how to set your tenancies up with an LHA paying some or all of the rent in arrears

listing of properties
Would it be possible to list properties by street name and then number rather than by number
Hello Guy
Thank you for your suggestion
It is possible to change the currency in Portfolios > Edit Portfolio > Currency. If you change it to United States [$] the software will use the $ symbol for all prices in that portfolio

Any way of entering variable mortgage payments quickly - e.g. spreadsheet?
Is there any way of quickly entering variable payments? entering a payment for each month and the system taking 10-20 seconds to save means this takes a very long time to enter manually. Would have been better to be able to enter all values quickly in the overview screen of all payment schedules, or be able to upload a spreadsheet of all payments
Hello
When you set up your mortgages, tick the Automatically Paid option and the system will write the payments for you. You can then use the Change Loan button to record changes in the payment amount and interest rate from a given date and the Payment Schedule will update accordingly
This forum is for feature requests. Please direct these sorts of questions to the helpdesk, thank you
