It would be nice to be able to upload txt files as I often keep notes this way and can view them on my mobile

Initial option for esigning

There is no option to initial each page in esigning. This is a must.

Add the current date on a tax return report. the system is live and can change, I would like to know the date that this report was accurate.

Rents are normally paid in advance. So therefore rent due on say 1 June should be for the period 1 June till 30 June. For LHA tenants the rent is normally paid 4 weeks in arrears. So therefore the rent due date can apply at that time. So could the rent invoices be corrected

Thank you for your suggestion

It is possible to change the currency in Portfolios > Edit Portfolio > Currency. If you change it to United States [$] the software will use the $ symbol for all prices in that portfolio
