Let Tenants Report Issues
From the Tenant Module - tenants should be able to report issues and track issues
"Expense Payments" report adjustment
This is a very useful report to allow landlords to see what money has been spent.
However, a key column is missing and that is a "Description" of the actual expenditure item.
The reference column can help identify the expenditure, but you have to go and look it up which isn't ideal.
Can we add the "Description" column? This would be a great enhancement to this standard report.
Context sensitive help for new users.
Context sensitive help really would make it much easier to learn and cut down on the amount of human help you'd need to provide.

section 48 letter
Can a section 48 letter be added to legal documents. This will allow any new properties being bought and added to portfolio to be easily have the tenants updated to change of landlord.
