I would like to be able to add an invoice that is not related to a tenancy, just a bog standard service invoice
I use landlord vision for all my houses but I also do some consultancy and would like to just add a sales invoice as a portfolio invoice to bill this work
Calendar changing the colours
I watched the help videos to find no mention of how to change the colours on calendar / tasks as i loath the allocated colours which appear in calendar, i really need to be able to change the colours, please can someone make this possible or tell me how to do it as i cant find any option to do it?

support tickets raised should be available for all team members to view
At present only I can see the support tickets I have raised but they would be beneficial for all team members to be able to see. I have to copy and paste responses into an email and share with the team. This should be a quick win.
parent properties and sub rooms
We have numerous HMO's and let out 5 rooms in one house. Why am i having to list them separately? Cant do it under a parent property as it wants details of expected rent etc
ability to pay by cheque when returning deposit, or direct payment
to be able to choose the payment method when returning deposits, or recording payment whilst entering expense.
Upload a document for Refunds/Credits
The ability to upload a document for a refund, the same as when adding an expense
