The ability to copy expenses is now live.  Thank you to everyone who requested it.  The Copy Expense button can be found in the following locations:

Property Manager > Expenses > open the expense, look in the top right-hand corner

Property Manager > Expenses > place your cursor over the expense and look for the cog icon menu

At present, the Calendar > Tasks screen by default shows all overdue tasks and any tasks that are due in the next 30 days.  The Dashboard view displays the five earliest dated tasks.  If you have a lot of overdue tasks then it will only show overdue tasks.  Clicking View All will take you to the Tasks page

We have applied a fix regarding 1). If the issue persists, please let us know your devices and web browser versions.

With regard to 2), unlike the Balance Sheet report, the Cash Flow/Cash Flow Audit reports show the portion of each individual payment that has been allocated to a given income or expense account.To avoid such duplicate entries on the Cash Flow Audit report caused by split payments, you could record the split payments as a single payment in Landlord Vision, ignore the bank statement transactions related to the split payments and apply the ad-hod reconciliation option to reconcile the single payment in Landlord Vision.

The links work with any calendar.  Go to Add New Calendar and paste in the link from the software.

The properties are stored alphabetically.  If they are not, simply click the Property header at the top of the Property column to reorder them
