Landlord Vision uses My Bank Account as the default account but you can change this in Settings > Tenancy Settings > Tenancy Settings for Existing Portfolios > click on the portfolio name and work your way down the right hand side. You can set defaults for incomes, expenses and deposits.

Just to let you know that we have released some features that will help speed along some of these processes. You can find both of these on the More Options menu on the Reconcile page
1) Delete. Completely remove a transaction without having to look for it on the Bank Statements page
2) Ignore. Writes a journal entry to Account Manager > Journals and clears the transaction from the Reconcile page. The transaction will show as 'Ignored' rather than Reconciled, but your Account Balance will be updated
I recognise that this does not resolve all issues, particularly those in relation to bank transfers into and out of the portfolio, so I will leave this request open for now

Just to let you know that we have implemented this feature into the software. When reconciling, click More Options and then select Ignore from the menu that comes up. This will write a journal entry to Account Manager > Journals and clear the transaction from the Reconcile page. The transaction will show as 'Ignored' rather than Reconciled, but your Account Balance will be updated

If you click on the Status column header on the Account Transactions page within the bank account, you can sort the entries by whether they are reconciled or not. Click it twice to sort the Unreconciled transactions to the top
You can bulk delete payments from either of the following screens, though not from within the bank account
Tenant Manager > Payments
Property Manager > Payments
These will remove them from the bank account as well

As things stand, the process works like this:
A user sends an email out from Landlord Vision
The email appears to come from Landlord Vision, but the Reply To address is the user's email address. The conversation will continue in your inbox. Landlord Vision does not currently receive emails
It will be interesting to see feedback on this topic as to whether people prefer it this way or they would rather have all of the email discussions held within Landlord Vision

You may know this already, but just in case you don't, you can download the subscription invoices from Account > Invoices and you can set up a repeating expense for the subscription too. There is even an expense item for it which you can use.
