You can add a payment to multiple invoices for the same tenant, even if they are in different tenancies. Set up your tenancies so that each one has the housing association either as a tenant or an LHA (depending on what exactly the arrangement is) and then head to Tenant Manager > Payments. Record the single payment that you have received and allocate it to the respective invoices

You can create charge invoices for this. Go to Tenant Manager > Invoices and press either > Add Invoice or Add Repeating Invoice to set this up.

Your Landlord Vision subscription invoices can be found in Account > Invoices. All invoices since July 2020 can be found there, so please feel free to contact us if you are missing any earlier ones. Only the account owner has access to this section

Since then we have added the following banks:

Barclays
Barclaycard
Tide

Clydesdale Bank
Virgin Money
Yorkshire Bank
I'll update this list with more banks as we add them. Keep the requests coming in!
