Hello Paul

Thank you for your suggestion

I merged these two so that I can keep them together and track demand for an integration with the property platforms, as it certainly would be nice to have this feature in Landlord Vision.  It just needs more votes!

Kind regards

Roy

Hello

This has now been implemented in the software

Head to Account Manager > Bank Accounts > open the bank account > Bank Statements tab > open the statement

Tick the transactions you wish to ignore

Select Ignore from the Bulk Options menu at the bottom

You can also use the Unignore option to cancel this action if you have ignored something unintentionally

It is also possible to delete multiple transactions from the statement in the same way, though be aware that this process cannot be undone

Kind regards

Hello

We have made a little change here recently that I think is worth highlighting in this thread. On any Documents page, you can select multiple documents and then you select the option options from the Bulk Options menu at the bottom of the page:

  • Assign selected documents to contacts, properties, and/or tenancies
  • Unassign selected documents from contacts, properties, and/or tenancies

If any of these documents have already been set to 'Share with the Selected Contacts' then these documents also will be available for the tenants to download from their Tenant Modules

Hello

Thank you to everyone who suggested and voted for this feature.  Multifactor authentication is now available in Landlord Vision and can be set up in Account.  Please see the following Knowledge Base article for more details about how to get set this up:

Hello

Thank you for your suggestion

When you add an expense or a payment, the software defaults to the current date, but you can change this to a different date if it occurred in the past.

Also, if you are raising expenses from the Reconcile page or from a receipt, the software automatically picks up the correct date

Hello

Landlord Vision uses invoices to help it keep a track of what's going on and track arrears.  The idea is that the software raises an invoice and you record a payment against it, either manually or using the bank reconciliation.  In theory you can run the software without invoices but it was never designed to be run this way and you may encounter issues.  A number of reports wont work correctly or will show inaccurate data and you wont get the benefit of the bank reconciliation.

If you have any further questions about this, please contact us via the helpdesk

Hello

1) At present this service is only available in the Plus plan and not the Essentials plan

2) If the software makes a mistake, you can override it.  If you have any further questions about this, please contact us via the helpdesk

Hello Coralie

Thank you for your suggestion

You can find this in Property Manager > Properties > open the property > Valuations tab. The software then uses this information on the Mortgage Broker Summary Report for calculating your equity and rental yield.  Export the report on a regular basis so that you can see progressions over time
