Reposit is a fee-based scheme that allows a tenant to not pay a deposit. It is effectively insurance, but that's not the same as insurance-based deposits (that LV does support) which is of course where the landlord holds the tenant's deposit.

Tenants being offered this option (e.g., all tenants using OpenRent where this option is offered) are taking it up.

There is no viable option for this in the list of deposit schemes available when creating a tenancy. Support for this type of scheme should be added.

The difference to other schemes is that it would not include the deposit liability account, deposit due amount, or historical deposit fields. Only the deposit organisation and date would apply.

I think the above report should be in chronological order or at least have the ability to sort by date so that a landlord can work out cash due in (and out) over the coming month.

After many years of use, i miss very much an option to duplicate an invoice or an expense, if i create a new invoice/expense i might forget to fill up description field same as old invoice/expense and when searching for similar invoices/expenses i might not find them, as of today i always go to my old invoice/expense to copy the exact way i filled it there...

adding this future will save me lot of time and i hope to see it very soon.

Currently in the templates I can't add company name this means that I have to change my name under "My Profile" to the company name.

Also when a template is sent it automatically populates the "from" field with $SENDER_NAME$ which again would mean if another account user sent the mail it would come from their name and not the company.

The request is as follows...

1) Allow $COMPANY_NAME$ as a supported Tag

2) Allow the option to change email sender from hardcoded $SENDER_NAME$ to $COMPANY_NAME$ or $LANDLORD_NAME$
