Tasks - Be able to set a list of "set tasks" on a property
When i purchase a new property i have a list of set tasks i have to complete as part of the purchase. I would be handy to be able to enter on the system a set of tasks i.e "New property tasks" and have the system populate them automatically for the property. This saves me having to enter the same tasks over and over again.
If we could set up the list of "auto tasks" and set a Due date from the date of the property being added that would be great. For example 30 days to notify the council would be auto set.
I.e Task would be:
- Notify Council for Council Tax
- Notify Electricity Provider
- Notify Gas Provider
- Register for Landlord License
Ability to email excel version of property summary
I need to provide a property summary to tax adviser with details such as purchase date and purchase amount., Would be nice to be able to download the property details page as an excel doc and have the ability to send this as an email as can be done for property reports.
iXBRL accounts
HMRC require companies to submit their tax returns electronically and also with iXBRL formatted accounts.
It would be really useful if Landlord Vision could add this option in the reports section.
Scheduled Email reports
It would be great if on the reports we can schedule emailed reports to a user or a supplier. I.e being able to set on the system that it emails P&L to my accountant on a certain date every month.
Ability to Include a Service Charge on a Rental Invoice
This will reduce admin time as would just have one combined Invoice. Better for the Landlord and Tenant.
bank account reconciliation in bulk
Hi, I use one of the bank accounts as a control account from another property manager. At the end we do not reconcile this account by importing a statement as we guide ourselves to reaching zero balance at end of the cycle. Is there any way that I can force a bank account to reconcile in bulk by ticking or selecting. Reason: as they are all unreconciled, if I make one mistake and wont know where the error is.
Able to call a contact from the App
HI
The contact list is extensive on the App - Would be nice to be able to click on the telephone icon to make a call to someone without having to go to your phone contacts etc
