Hover over tab
When you hover over a tab a brief description/sample of what you put in the box or location you need to head to instead of clicking everywhere to find
Add a budgeting feature
Add the ability to budget and measure variance similar to that offered on Xero. Currently playing with spreadsheets is time consuming and open to error
A Cashflow report that reflects what has gone through the bank. ie rents received rather than those expected, the current report doesnt account for arrears in an easy way
The current cashflow report on LV could be more like that offered by Xero which shows what money has passed through the business. It currently shows all rent expected and not accounting for arrears as what has been received.
If the ability to create a budget from cashflow could be created would also save a lot of offline work
Bank Account and Rec'ing order
To Order items in the bank account by rec'ed and unrec'ed and by typical date.
Also to mass delete items easier than making a 3 step process for each bank item.
Check Lists
The ability to add a check list with names of who is responsible for doing what and a due date
(as a template) and as a new check list. Trello have this and it works really well. It would help us manage our work flow and procedures for doing certain things like on boarding tenants, check in and check out etc
Photos for work orders
Please could you make it possible to add photographs to work orders so contractors understand what the problem is?
Thank you
Update email to tenants when a new document is added to their tenant area
It would be great if an email could be sent automatically to tenants when a document is added to their online tenant area.
Rental Yield Graphic
How about a couple of Rental Yield Graphic displays on the main page?
We have up to the minute income/expense recorded and we have the option to enter purchase price and mortgage etc.
Therefore, it wouldn't be difficult to display Gross Rental Yield and Net Rental Yield - perhaps even have a "target yield" to show how the portfolio (or each property) is getting along.
Would rather have that than a pie chart just showing my rental income meets target or that my occupancy is 100% - those are great if you have 20+ properties but any LL with fewer is likely to know which property is empty etc.
