I wish to delete several properties from my portfolio because they need to be in a different portfolio and there is no move facility. These properties have no data on them so will not affect any reports. 

For some reason you can't just delete a property in one go. You have to manually delete all the rooms first. Which is annoying doing it for one property and frustrating for multiple ones.

Please can you alter the delete so it removes rooms as well. If its for safety reasons then let a pop up say - 'There are rooms associated with this property, are you sure you wish to delete? y/n' or something like that.

I've gone to the effort of uploading images of my properties so it would be nice if I could hover over each of my properties in the property list and it show me a full size (or large enough to see size) of the image of that property.

Hi. I like the fact that you have an added a quick link button at the end of the expense line to quickly look at look at the scan of expenses/invoice document for that expense. It would be really useful to have the same quick link button on the safety certificates page so you could go a look at the real gas safety certificate. Hope this makes sense. Thanks

I did this by mistake and it caused quite a problem as I applied it to a statement that was two years prior and it affected two years' of statements with no easy 'undo'. I had to request a database roll back and restore.

Ability to setup life time mortgage with a variable rate tracking bank of england rate.

For example some mortgage product offer variable rate based on bank of england rate plus additional rate applied on top it.

ie. 2% interest rate plus bank of england rate

Turn landlord vision into dark mode. 

Love the software so far but feel so much more could be made available on the home screen (allowing user selection).

Its great knowing that properties are let and that rents are paid etc BUT it means nothing without a clear ongoing profit/loss figure (chart).

Some suggestions with the aim to reduce number of clicks when navigating:

Clicking on the edit button from the cog menu takes you into the information page of the relevant object. Which is the same as clicking on the item within the table. 

Alternatively, could the "Edit" text (highlighted below) or the whole item take you immediately into the edit form saving a click between pages.

Once in the edit field, you can navigate to other items through a dropdown menu. If you're already in the edit form page and you click on another item in the menu it kicks you out without prompting to save and requires you to click on edit again.

As a result could the site:

• Have the page either prompt you to save so you don't lose progress or save your progress automatically (Just before clicking on a link that would navigate you away).
• Stay in the edit page field between different items.

It would be useful when clearing a job sheet from a contractor that you could click a link to expenses and add the invoice.
