It would be nice if you could get Reports (eg Profit and Loss) sent over to email automatically every month or quarterly 

It would be useful to be able to access the worksheet for a task directly when viewing the calendar, just like it is when viewing the list of tasks. You click the cog menu in the tasks view and you can access the worksheet for the task, could this also be added to the cog menu when you're in the calendar view? 

I currently find myself duplicating task info in the property of tenant journals. To avoid this it would be helpful to automatically publish tasks in the journals as an audit trail. This would be more efficient.

Would it be possible to include either:

A separate section on worksheets for contractors to fill in when a job is completed to allow us to track progress on job completion

OR

Allow us to have a standard, pre-filled, description on worksheets, so we can always have a checklist for contractors (i.e. what date did you attend, what time did you arrive, how long was the job, etc...).

You remember last used search items when looking through Expenses/Payments lists.
Please remember respect the sort order last selected for such displays.

EG I prefer seing newest transactions at the top, as they are the ;likely ones I need to deal with, not ones over 2 years old.?
Yet every time I go into Expenses/Payments I have to reselect the due date as descending.

It's very difficult to see what each payment is for, especially when there are multiple payments of eh same amount - please add another column with the statement or payment reference

Currently the print option from the task overview screen gives a list of all tasks with property, task description etc.

However, it is missing the actual phone numbers for the contact. If this list could be emailed straight to the contractor with the numbers included, that would eliminate further processing and enable the contractor to contact the tenants direct and arrange visit times etc.
