The addition of a merge code for a contact's (not a tenant's) email address as per ticket LV-38807
When we email tenants to advise them that a contractor has been appointed, we like to send the tenant the contractor's contact details, so that they can get in touch if they don't hear from them. However we are unable to add the contractors email address to the template.

Be able to use Dropbox to upload all certificates/documents into a specific folder
Would like to be able to use Dropbox to upload certificates/documents in much the same way as we do receipts as this saves a whole load of time. Just take a picture on your phone and its where you want it.
Bank feed - Notification when we need to refresh
Ive just noticed that the bank feeds need to be re setup after 3 months. Can we have a notification or banner alert to notify us that the bank feeds have timed out and we need to re setup. I didn't realise so I missed a week or reconciling.
tenant module safety certs
it would be useful if safety certs could be viewed by tenant in tenant module with out having to share them each time
