It is possible to change the currency in Portfolios > Edit Portfolio > Currency. If you change it to United States [$] the software will use the $ symbol for all prices in that portfolio

You can use the Bank Transfer button on the Account Manager > Bank Accounts page to show money moving from one bank account to another, or paying off a credit card

When you set up your mortgages, tick the Automatically Paid option and the system will write the payments for you. You can then use the Change Loan button to record changes in the payment amount and interest rate from a given date and the Payment Schedule will update accordingly

The process allowed you to record the payment directly from the tenant to your bank account. I've changed it to go via the agent with the extra step of recording the payment from the agent.

Any document created or stored within Landlord Vision can be emailed directly from the software. Go to Tenant Manager > Mail Merge > Compose Email to prepare your message, you can even save a template to use in future. Attach your document and send it

Safety Certificates should be entered into Property Manager > Properties > Safety Certificates and Insurances tab. Click Add Certificate to enter the data including the expiry date and an early warning so the system will notify you in advance
