Hello

The White/Brown Goods tab is now available in each property in Property Manager. Use it to record what items you have in your property, including rooms if appropriate.  You can store all the details, including the warranty information and set up early warnings so that the system can notify you of the upcoming expiry in the Portfolio Dashboard, the email notifications and the calendar, in the same way as the safety certificates

Hello

It is now possible to create worksheets for tasks and email them.  These contain much of the information required, although they are not currently emailed automatically.  You can find the worksheet on the cog icon menu on any of the Tasks pages

Hello

We are pleased to announce that this feature has been added to the software.  When adding an expense, click the +Add New Line button to create a new line item that you can then assign to a different property

Hello

This is on our list of things to do and we will be getting round to it soon.  I'll update via this forum once it is live

Hello Nick

Landlord Vision already has this functionality.  Go to Calendar > Export and there are two addresses to choose from.  Select the one you need for your application and paste it in to the relevant space.  The LV calendar will now be available in read only mode in your existing app

Hello

You can already do this.  Create a fake property (called General, or maybe even your registered address) and then add a new certificate for it.  Add a new Certificate Type called Landlord Property Licence, enter the details and save it.  When it is due to expire, the licence will appear on your Expiring Certificates list

Hello Michelle,

You can track the status of an e-document similarly to Signable - please log into Landlord Vision and go to Document Manager -> E-signatures. Please see the column 'Parties' - it shows who has signed the e-document, who is next to sign the e-document (status is 'Sent') and who are still to receive the e-document (status is 'Waiting').

Kind Regards,
Nick

Hello

At present it is possible to record multiple payments against a single deposit invoice so you can see how much of the bond has been paid and how much remains and also view the list of all of the payments made

Is this OK for you?

Kind regards

Roy
