Hello,

The option to specify time against tasks has been added to our development schedule and will be available soon - next month at the latest.

Nick

Hello Jack,

We'll review this feature request in Q3 and will confirm when we'll be able to add such an option.

Kind Regards,

Nick

Hello Jack,

Thank you for your feedback. You'll be able to add as many meter readings for the same utility/property as necessary which will serve as a historical record. And yes, we'll also update the mobile app to allow viewing and editing of the meter readings at property level.

We'll confirm when these changes have been applied - that would be next month at the latest.

Kind Regards,

Nick

Hello,

Thank you for your request. Here's what we can do:

1. Keep the option to enter meter readings at tenancy level. However, any meter readings added at tenancy level will automatically appear at property level as well, i.e. we'll add a Meter Readings tab for each property in Property Manager.

2. Add an option to enter meter readings at property level, i.e. from the Meter Readings tab against each property. When entering a meter reading at property level there will be also an option to assign the reading to one or several rooms if necessary and also an option to assign the reading to one or multiple tenancies. Any readings which have been assigned to a tenancy will automatically appear at tenancy level, i.e. under the Meter Readings tab in Tenant Manager.

Please let us know if the proposed solution will work for you and if you'd like to have anything else added or changed.

Kind Regards,

Nick

Hello

You can enter the Council Tax details under Utility Suppliers.  Go to Property Manager > Properties > open the property > Utility Suppliers and set up as follows:

Utility Type: Council Tax

Contact: The council

Reference: Council Tax reference, if known

Supply Number: Council Tax band

Choose whether you want to display this on the welcome pack

Kind regards

Roy

Hello

We have now done the following:

Property Manager > Properties > Property > Main Information > Facilities - add 'CO Alarms' after 'Smoke Alarms' with an option to enter the number of CO alarms. The information about the CO alarms, if any, should also appear on the Welcome Pack report under the 'Property Details' section.

Tenant Manager/Tenancies/Tenancy/Check-in List - we've added a section called 'Alarm Checks' after 'Safety Certificates' with the following check boxes:

- Smoke Alarms Tested: Yes/No

- CO Alarms Tested: Yes/No

Note: The actual tests will be recorded as property tasks in Property Manager against the relevant property.

Kind regards

Roy
