Landlord Vision has a Statement of Account in Reports > All Reports > Tenant Reports which shows all of the rents due, when they were paid and a final total at the end which you can download or email directly to your tenant. Please let us know if this is what you were looking for or if it is something else

We have launched the Property Journal and you can find this in Property Manager > Properties > open the property > Property Journal tab. You can define your own Journal Type and Tags and filter by these allowing you to fully customise your journal to show the information you need to show. This also links to the Tenant Journal and the new Tenancy Journal

We have now added an option on the Add Expense screen called 'This expense is paid' Tick this and fill in the payment details to record the whole expense in a single go. You can of course add a fully paid off expense from the bank statement as well by clicking Add Expense on the Reconcile screen

Just to let you know that it is now possible to set the ownership percentage by property as well as by portoflio. We have made the following changes
Portfolio > Edit Portfolio: it is now possible to add an ownership percentage for a landlord for the portfolio as a whole
Property Manager > Properties > open a property > Edit property: you can now enter how much of that property each landlord owns.
In both cases, if no percentage is entered, the software assumes an even split

It is now possible to create worksheets for tasks and email them. These contain much of the information required, although they are not currently emailed automatically. You can find the worksheet on the cog icon menu on any of the Tasks pages

If a tenant clicks the Contact Landlord button within the Tenant Module they get taken to the Tenant Service Desk where they can raise a ticket with the landlord. The landlord can access this through Landlord Vision and either send a reply or forward the message on to another person or team of people. The tenant, landlord or any other support staff can log in and see the progress of each ticket assigned to them
