Hello Fiona
You can produce a payment schedule in Reports > All Reports > Tenant Reports > Statement of Account. Like all of our reports, you can print this to your local printers, or export it as a PDF, CSV or XLSX.
Sorry this has always been in the software, but I've only just seen this request
Kind regards
Roy
Hello Paula
It is already possible to import bank statements into the software which will then attempt to match it up with invoices and expenses already in the system. You can also create them if they are not part of a repeating set up that you already have. Please go to Account Manager > Bank Accounts > open the bank account > Bank Statements tab > Import Bank Statement. There are a few videos in the following link:

Hello
Landlord Vision already does this. Please try again and if you are having issues, raise a ticket in the Help section or send an email with more details to support@landlordvision.co.uk and we'll investigate this further

Hello Ian
Thank you for your request
You can set up repeating charge invoices in Tenant Manager > Invoices > Add Repeating Invoice, then edit the one or two fields that are different each time, even if it is the date

Hello Ian
Thank you for your request
You can create non-rental invoices in Property Manager > Income, is this suitable for you? If not can you provide us with some details?
Kind regards
Roy
Hello
Thank you for your suggestion
Rather than saving the searches, we've adjusted many of the screens so that they now show the newest data at the top rather than the oldest. Now you'll see your most recent transactions when opening the following screens:
Property Manager > Expenses (by Date)
Property Manager > Income (by Date)
Property Manager > Payments
Finance Manager > Mortgages and Loans
Finance Manager > Payments
Account Manager > Journals
Document Manager > Documents
Tenant Manager -> Invoices (descending by Date)
Tenant Manager -> Statements (descending by Date)
Tenant Manager -> Agent Fees (descending by Date)
Kind regards
Roy
Hello
Thank you everyone who voted for this. There is now a logo on Property Manager > Expenses which shows you if you have an attachment. The following screens have also been updated:
- Property Manager > Other Income
- Tenant Manager > Invoices
- Tenant Manager > Agent Fees -> Agent Statements
- Finance Manager > Mortgages/Loans -> Mortgage/Loan -> Fees & Charges
For PDF and image files the icon image should open the document in a new window.
For other file types the icon image should download the file.
Kind regards
Roy
Hello
Thank you for your suggestions. You can now attach documents and receipts to credit notes in the following places:
- Property Manager > Expenses > Add Credit Note
- Property Manager > Income > Add Credit Note
- Tenant Manager > Invoices -> Add Credit Note
- Finance Manager > Mortgages/Loans -> Mortgage/Loan > Fees & Charges > Add Credit Note
Kind regards
Roy
Hello
Thank you for your request
We have now added this functionality and you can create a worksheet from the cog icon menu on the Tasks, Calendar and Agenda screens. Place your mouse over the task, look for the cog icon on the left hand side and then select Worksheet from the menu that pops up
Kind regards

Hello
This functionality is now live. You can add your own logos to the Tenant Module in Settings > Tenant Module White Label, create a Branding Set with your logos and then apply them to the relevant portfolio. When your tenant logs in they will see the logos that you set rather than ours
Kind regards
Roy
